Billing, subscriptions, and Charms

Chatting is always unlimited and free. Subscriptions and Charms unlock extras like image and voice generation, larger memory, and priority replies. For details on plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds, see the Subscription & Charms FAQ.

  • Manage or cancel a web subscription: open your account settings.
  • Apple App Store: open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
  • Google Play: open the Play Store, then Subscriptions.
  • Buy or earn Charms: visit the Charms page.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription - you must turn off auto-renewal wherever you subscribed. If a payment went wrong, email support@charmsy.io.

Your account and data

You can access, export, or delete your personal data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Delete your account in the app: open Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your access, conversations, pinned memories, and generated images.
  • Delete or export on the web: email privacy@charmsy.io from your account email and we will process the request.

Safety and reporting

Charmsy is for adults 18 and over. We take safety seriously and act on reports.

  • Report a character:use the report button on the character's profile page.
  • Report a reply in chat: tap the flag icon under any message.
  • Block: block a creator or character to hide them from your feed, search, and inbox. Unblocking restores them.
  • Urgent safety concerns: email trust@charmsy.io.

Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and reports are handled with zero tolerance. See our Content Policy.

Bugs and feature requests

Found a bug or have an idea? Post and vote on the Feature Requests page, or email support@charmsy.io with steps to reproduce and the device or browser you are using.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Charmsy. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
