Content Policy

Charmsy is a platform for fictional interactive stories with AI characters. This policy explains what is allowed and what is strictly prohibited. It applies to everything on the Service, including the characters you create.

What is allowed

Fictional, character-driven stories between consenting fictional characters, including romance and dramatic storylines. Charmsy is built for interactive story chat.

Strictly prohibited - zero tolerance

The following are never allowed and will result in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities:

Any content that sexualizes minors, or depicts anyone under 18 in a sexual context - real or fictional, in any form. This is a hard, zero-tolerance line.
Content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates illegal activity.
Non-consensual sexual content presented as real, or content sexualizing real, identifiable people without consent.
Content that incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against protected groups.
Human trafficking, non-consensual real-person intimate content, or doxxing.

Images stay SFW

Charmsy is a text-first service. We do not generate or host images, video, or other visual media that is not safe for work. Generated images pass a safety filter and stay SFW.

Creating characters

Characters are user-generated content and are reviewed against this policy on creation and on edit. When you create a character you confirm that it does not violate this policy, that you have the rights to any images you upload, and that it does not depict a real person without authorization or anyone under 18.
